We’re looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to join our dynamic and growth-oriented marketing team. The Specialist will develop innovative digital plans across VEGA’s channels to support the broader marketing strategy and our business objectives. Additionally, our Digital Marketing Specialist will lead our email marketing efforts, optimize our SEO/SEM activities, and help the team bolster our social media presence.

What you’ll do:

• Identify opportunities to drive traffic to VEGA digital channels.
• Increase inbound lead generation and customer interactions.
• Lead email marketing efforts from concept through execution, including the creation of content including subject lines, content, form building, and calls to action.
• Own list building and opt-in strategy and compliance requirements.
• Help drive SEO and SEM activities to optimize our presence and improve organic search results and conversion rate for all digital channels.
• Create social media strategies across company LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and recruiting pages.
• Advocate for increased internal social media adoption and interaction.
• Work with team to monitor online reviews and feedback.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Professional experience creating, executing, and measuring email campaigns.
• Previous experience with SEO and working knowledge of paid search.
• Professional experience using multiple major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
• Knowledge of targeting and segmentation to drive campaign effectiveness.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and drive projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of a technical, B2B audience is a plus.
