Inside Sales - Scheduling 1/28/2019

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Proactively solicit and schedule appointments in Visit Planner.

Call and email Customers to confirm availability, and send invitations for appointments w/ Outside Sales.

Update customer information based on quality of visits.

Reschedule or cancel appointments.

Use leads from Marketing, Trade shows, and email blasts to set up appointments and/or provide customer quotes.

Primary for order entry for respective sales.

Receive and enter appropriately, review orders for completeness and accuracy.

Assist customers with order clarifications- included but not limited to- shipping, invoicing, payment terms, quantity and model code.

Invoice orders in required time periods.

Enter call reports.

Work with Outside Sales to update customer records. 

Update and maintain pricing agreements for groups of customers as required.

Close quotes as ordered or lost.

Ensure customer satisfaction for orders.

Request feedback on order/delivery process and success of instrument in the application.

Basic to intermediate product knowledge required by 12 months.

Education and Experience:

Associates degree in Engineering or Business;

AND customer service experience;

OR equivalent combination of education and experience
